A simple ingredient
Doses-O-Son combines the simplicity of a raw ingredient with a specific technology, to make the most of the beneficial effect of fibre on intestinal transit.

Daily guide
Sprinkle Doses-O-Son over food and mix in (soup, dressing, pasta, rice, yoghurt, etc.) or dilute in a glass of water. For better suspension, first dilute Doses-O-Son in a small amount of water to form a smooth paste, then add the rest of the water. Doses-O-Son can be used for as long as needed.
Values are given as ranges.
100% micronised wheat bran, from organic farming. Packaged in a 250 g tin with a 7 g measuring scoop (rounded; actual weight 6.5 g). Contains gluten. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children.
Our process
Standard wheat bran can sometimes be difficult to incorporate into everyday meals. Our exclusive micronisation process optimally reduces particle size. This physical transformation improves the dispersion and hydration of the bran in your preparations, for smooth, even incorporation.
Fibre & physiology
Intestinal transit relies on a complex balance in which lifestyle, hydration and food intake all play a key role.
Wheat bran fibre contributes to an increase in faecal bulk. The beneficial effect of fibre always goes hand in hand with basic dietary and lifestyle rules:
A varied diet, rich in plant-based foods.
Regular water intake (at least 1.5 L of water per day).
Suitable daily physical activity.
Scientific approach
Research in human nutrition highlights how the physical structure of wheat bran particles influences their behaviour during digestion. In colonic fermentation models, particle size reduction can speed up fermentation or change the profile of short-chain fatty acids and bacterial communities, without uniformly increasing final production. The relationship is not linear: the effect depends on the substrate, the particle size, the time of measurement and the microbiota studied.
e physiological breakdown of wheat bran fibre by the intestinal bacterial ecosystem contributes to the biosynthesis of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), mainly acetate, propionate and butyrate, which are fundamental markers of microbiota activity.

Historical background
Interest in the physical properties of micronised wheat bran first emerged in French-language medical research in the 1970s and 1980s. Numerous scientific studies have examined the use of micronised wheat bran in food. REALDYME continues this industrial tradition of valorising cereal by-products.
