Payment, delivery, invoicing, customer service, right of withdrawal, and warranties. Data: identity, addresses, email, phone number, order details. Legal basis: contract of sale and accounting obligations. Retention period: commercial relationship + 5 years; invoices for 10 years.

Your Requests
Contact form, appointment scheduling, and sending requested studies. Data: last name, first name, email, phone number, company, job title, country, message. Legal basis: your request. Retention period: 5 years after our last communication.

B2B Marketing Communications (for Professionals)
Updates and offers related to your business activity; no commercial emails are sent to individuals. Data: last name, first name, professional email, company, job title. Legal basis: legitimate interest; you may object at any time. Retention period: 5 years after our last communication or until you unsubscribe.

Testimonials
Data: first name or initials, city, testimonial. Legal basis: your written consent. Retention period: until you withdraw your consent.

Website Security
Data: IP address, connection logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention period: 1 months.

3. Who Has Access to It?

Authorized REALDYME personnel and our service providers, strictly within the scope of their respective assignments: IPT (hosting, France), HubSpot (landing pages and emails, data hosted in the EU), Microsoft (email services), Buckaroo (payment processing: REALDYME never has access to your banking details), La Poste–Colissimo (delivery), our chartered accountant, and our statutory auditor.
As HubSpot and Microsoft are US groups, access from the United States remains possible; it is governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and European Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Your data is never sold.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to, and port your data. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and provide instructions regarding the post-mortem treatment of your data. To exercise these rights, please write to info@realdyme.com: we will reply within one month and keep a record of your request for 1 year (3 years for marketing opt-out requests). Every commercial email includes an unsubscribe link.
You may file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) if you believe your rights are not being respected, and you can register for free at www.bloctel.gouv.fr to opt out of telemarketing.
