The method :
Micronization is a mechanical process patented which makes the enzymatic components of the wheat fibre available to the organism. This gives to Doses-O-Son a strong digestive power without any gut irritation side effect.
DOSES.O.SON will help to regulate :

Doses-O-Son is active from 2 to 10 g per day, and gives much less undesirable effects such as gut irritations than raw fiber. Doses-O-Son will also participate in a better glycemic regulation for diabetes Type 2.

The dosage is between 1 to 5 bags per day. Doses-O-Son can be mixed to a meal (pasta, salad dressing, yoghurt, stewed fruit…) or in water. To obtain a good suspension in water of Doses-O-Son, it is important to mix the powder to a small amount of water to obtain an homogeneous paste, then add some more liquid and stir.
